Our stores
We keep our store environment clean, tidy and well displayed. Over a five year period, we redecorate and refurbish each store to provide a pleasant shopping environment.

We want to provide each customer with a product that suits their home, their pocket and the lifestyle and use of the product selected. All of our products carry a guarantee from the manufacturer, and in addition, all of the fitting work is guaranteed for a two year period.
Our staff
Most of our staff have been with Fludes Carpets for over 15 years and some have over 20 year of experience in the flooring industry. This means that you can be sure that we have a high level of expertise in all product areas that we deal with. Our estimators, managers and fitters are CRB checked and Fludes Carpets are members of Trading Standards “Buy With Confidence” scheme. We also belong to Checkatrade; take a look at our reviews.
Our service
We offer a survey and estimating service with all installations that we undertake. This allows us to discuss your particular requirements and provide a detailed quotation which would include any preparation work needed prior to the installation. We believe that you should know exactly what you are paying for, and the cost of each item is clearly identified to avoid any misunderstanding.
Our accreditations
As mentioned, we are members of the “Buy With Confidence scheme” and Checkatrade. We were Founder members of the Carpet Foundation and adhere to the code of conduct for selling carpets which is monitored by the Trading Standards institute. The code provides extra assurances and guarantees in addition to those provided by Fludes Carpets.

Once you've selected your flooring we can arrange a suitable time and date to visit your home. Our estimator can then measure up and explain all of the options available to you.
At Fludes carpets we're aware that taking up and disposing of an old carpet is quite a daunting thought, so our fitters are quite prepared to do it for you. We can arrange for your old carpets to be taken up and disposed of in the most environmentally-efficient way possible.
Who wants to spend an evening after a hard day’s work or maybe looking after the kids to take on the task of emptying a room of its furniture? Well, you don't have to. Our fitters will carefully move your furniture out and back in to your room once the new carpet is laid.
Some floors may need preparation prior to installing a new covering. Fludes Carpets will survey the floor and recommend the best method of fitting your flooring and advise on the type of preparation needed.
